We have designed convenient price plans to suit various requirements. However, if they don’t suit you, we can develop a bespoke plan that meets with your specific needs:

Support & Administration
Support is included in your price plan. You have access to our Helpdesk team to deal with urgent problems. This forms part of your allocated assigned hours.

Onsite Orientation
At the start of each engagement period an ISC Consultant will visit your site to review your system and understand how you use it. This information is feedback to the team at ISC so that it can provide relevant and accurate assistance.

Health Checks
ISC will remotely connect periodically, to check your system event logs and advise on any areas of concern.
 
Assigned Hours
These are the hours you can draw down upon to access ISC’s SharePoint team. For each task we will advise how long we anticipate it will take and log all details in your web based engagePro portal.

engagePro Portal
This is you own secure area for reviewing all assigned tasks and to keep a full history of work completed and time spent on your system.
